According to the program i can start at Week 3 for sit-ups. So that is sort of exciting.
Disco Dazzler: Week 4 Day 2
Pushups: 140
Crunches: 152
Squats: 200
Followed by a 5.2 mile run

Week 1 day 3 sit ups, day 2 others
Push-ups: 4, 5, 4, 4, 19
Sit-ups: 30, 38, 23, 23, 100 (woo hoo! Half way!!!)
Squats: 27, 34, 21, 21, 35
Legs and arms…feel…like…jello.
Tomorrow is a test day for push ups, I think. My days are all off kilter because of my crazy week, might have to go without a rest day one day next week to get back on schedule.

It’s the end of the second week for my crunches and squats.
Crunches: 50
Squats: 200
So, i’m done with squats. haha.

Tomorrow is a test day for squats and crunches, and also maybe a run before thunderstorms hit?

I feel sore in my right arm, toward the shoulder, and that arm only. Weird. Hope I’m not doing anything wrong. I’m so proud of myself for doing these though! We’re all going to look AWESOME when this is over. :)
